Summary
Having worked within businesses as a Line Manager, I know first hand some of the frsutrations faced on a day to day basis when managing a team. When I specialised in HR, I wanted to ensure my approach was practical to those who needed the support and so I have worked for the last 15 years mainly with SME businesses.
I have a full team that work for me supporting the day to day people issues within businesses and I focus on working with Owners or Directors on building a HR strategy and developing their Managers. I do this using the People Plan Programme that I have developed so that even the smallest of SMEs can benefit from having a people strategy in place as they grow.
I am really passionate about what I do and helping fellow business owners.
