Summary

I am an anxiety expert with knowledge on how it can impact you with the skills to enable you to move forward.

Anxiety can be the result of the following:

  • Stress
  • Panic
  • Relationship issues
  • Family Dynamics
  • Culture
  • Identity
  • Depression
  • Confidence and Self-Esteem

Anxiety can have a detrimental effect on performance at work which in turn effects the balance between work and life.

Anxiety can be triggered by stress at work, meeting deadlines, performance as well as personal issues outside of work.

As a counsellor I have over of the years worked with individuals and groups who have been suffering from anxiety and stress in the workplace.

My approach is to enable individuals to understand anxiety, how it manifests, where it comes from and ways to managing it in the long term.

I offer a free 30 min telephone consultation to discuss counselling and an opportunity for you to ask any questions.

I offer half a day or full day drop in services for companies who have staff needing support with anxiety and stress. This is offered either as a one to one drop in session or a group session teaching techniques in managing anxiety and stress.

I currently offer my services on the telephone, online video sessions and face to face with covid-19 policies in place.
