Summary
I am a family solicitor based in the firm’s city office, I joined Ronald Fletcher Baker in 2018 having completed my training with a Legal 500 firm in south London.
I have experience in all aspects of family law and specialise in divorce, private law children matters and agreements between unmarried couples (‘cohabitation agreements’).
I appreciate that every relationship breakdown is unique and will have the potential for long-term financial and emotional consequences. I am known for my empathetic approach and am alive to the cost and stress associated with the breakdown of a relationship.
Where appropriate I am an avid advocate for the use of non court based dispute resolution methods and have experience in the use of family law arbitration as a means of settling matrimonial breakdowns.
I am also the author of the book How to Be an Ethical Solicitor and frequently provide webinars to members and students of the legal profession on legal regulation and have previously contributed towards the Resolution Review.
