Summary
I am an employment law solicitor of too many years qualification to mention! My practice is largely the senior executive/ management/ consultant individual representation and advice, with a strong reputation in complex negotiated exits including shares and LTIPS. I also work with SME's in many sectors and charities/ trusts, providing both dispute resolution/ litigation assistance, and generic advice such as contracts and handbooks.
I am now self employed, contracting into Constantine Law, and enjoy a broad network of referrers, including for conflict work from national and international firms and employers, and predominantly from former clients recommendations. I am keen to grow a network of other professionals to whom I can refer work and contacts for relevant support and advcice, whether that be other legal disciplines, HR, financial, medical or other services as appropriate.
I am a 'straight through the middle' kind of lawyer to get clients where they need/ want to be - pragmatic, frank, supportive, sensible and collaberative. Always happy to have an itial chat and provide guidance, and working increasingly on a fixed fee basis.
