PROFILE:
Nelia is outstanding coach with high professional standards, presence, integrity; well-developed communication skills; drive and commitment to ongoing professional development. Prior to coaching Nelia spent over 15 years of working as a Government Consultant at the Employment Service, Deputy Head of Department, Senior Economist and in leadership roles in Russia and the UK.

Having a natural talent for listening, providing feedback, support, and encouragement, Nelia started her coaching career in 2009 to help leaders and professionals deal with sometimes overwhelming challenges, transitions, constant change and pressure.

She continues to master her skills by studying MA in Oxford Brookes University, undertaking supervision with one of the top supervisors in the UK and being mentored by a successful coach in the USA.Nelia is currently writing her first book.

The AEM-cube is a non-judgemental tool, which:
provides a unique analysis on performance, and illuminate performance contribution
addresses both organisational development and individual management
adds a useful new concept of diversity, and further shows why this is critical to team performance
indicates the predictable shape of change in the organisation

OUTCOMES:
to inspire team to be more efficient, productive and sustainable
to get clarity in team development and change
The data can be used for team building, project development, succession planning, full scale OD.

Programme of 7 weekly or monthly coaching sessions with email support between session.

Option 3: RECOGNISING YOUR STRENGTHS.
The AEM - cube profiling (two reports - individual and feedback) and a 2 hr individual coaching session.

Option 4: PRIVATE TRAINING “COACHING SKILLS FOR LIFE”.
2 half days with individual practice and reflection.

Option 5: BUSINESS START UP 6-12 months PROGRAMME.
