Summary

Healthy, high-performing organisations require healthy people dynamics. I partner with clients to bring about transformation at an individual, team and organisational level. Offering 1:1 & Group Coaching,  Facilitation, Training and Advisory on Organisational & Leadership Development matters.

 

Contracting partnerships:
Ideally I take on longer term contracts to ensure new norms are established and transformation takes place. For individuals, teams and organisations who are able to manager their own transformation, I offer off-sites, training and team building to stimulate thinking and inject some energy to keep you going.

Approach:
I use polyvagal theory as a means to help clients develop their ability to understand how to gain insights and wisdom from their nervous system and ultimately deepen their intuition. This has helped clients make better decisions, manage tensions and struggles in teams, remove obstacles holding people and teams back, be more creative, overcome limiting beliefs and live and lead more confidently.

History:
I achieved a Bachelor of Business Science in Organisational Psychology and have over 10 years experience in Organisational Development. I have fulfilled leadership positions since childhood, realizing early on my interest in and strength in leadership. I have worked with leaders and teams at all levels and in various sectors: Fund Management, Not-For-Profit, Tech start-ups, Social Entrepreneurs (to name a few).

The programme is 3 years long. The other programme is designed to develop leadership skills for specialists and middle level managers within Allan Gray and is 1 year long.
