Madia is a Solicitor in the Family team at Gardner Leader LLP.
Madia joined Gardner Leader in July 2018. Madia has a Masters in Law and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Bloomsbury in which she obtained a distinction and notably scored amongst the highest marks in London of those who completed the LPC Family Law assessment.
Family Law Experience
Within the Family Team, Madia is based in the Maidenhead office. Madia can assist with relationship breakdown matters including the divorce process itself and financial remedies. Madia also helps with disputes relating to children.
Work Highlights
Madia and Simon Fisher, Partner in our Family team collaborated together to produce the article ‘The impact of Brexit on Family law’ in which they detailed the changes Brexit have made to divorce and Family law.
