I am a commercially astute service industry professional, with over 20 years of experience working both ‘hands on’ and as trainer/coach/mentor within senior sales, business development, customer service and client management roles for major organisations (e.g. BT, Unisys, AT&T, CWS, British Gas) and small to medium sized companies up to senior stakeholder level. The primary focus of what I have done, and continue to do, is on helping companies and/or individuals to achieve or exceed business development, sales and service delivery objectives (including P&L and customer experience and satisfaction).
