Summary
I am an Executive Coach and Learning Facilitator with a BA Hons in Psychology. My aim is to help individuals when they get to those pivotal moments in their career when they don’t know what to do next. It might be that the sheen has gone from that once brilliant job and they want to move on, but don’t know how. They might feel that promotion is just out of their reach and just need that little bit of encouragement to help them stretch for that goal. Or perhaps they are returning to work after a break and feel that they have lost their confidence.
Prior to becoming a coach, I spent many years working in the entertainment industry as a Radio and Events Producer. I worked with a number of prominent individuals in the industry, helping them to develop their talent and achieve the success they desired.
I have significant experience in working with, but not exclusively, radio and TV presenters, musicians and managers and for companies such as the BBC, Global, Universal Music and Sony. More recently I have also worked with prestigious charities such as the British Red Cross, BBC Children in Need and Tommy’s.
