Summary
Real Results Training was established in Manchester in 2003 by Carolyn Blunt to provide high quality, tailored training consultancy services. In the first two years a small but repeat client base got the company started and word of mouth recommendations led to a period of high growth in 2006 and 2007 with Real Results now utilising the service of up to 10 carefully chosen Associate trainers at any one time.
Real Results Training specialises in soft skills training, particularly contact centre training, customer service, communication skills and leadership. However, with the expertise of 10 Associate trainers plus Carolyn, there are not many topics or industries that Real Results does not cater for.
