Summary
The MCA was created to provide coaching and training of the highest standard to businesses and individuals in the Manchester area.We provide a bespoke service for businesses which might consist of one to one coaching, group coaching,open courses or a mixture of all three, depending on the client\\\'s needs. This will usually be determined by an audit of the client\\\'s business. The length and structure of each programme would depend on the nature of the challenge faced by each business.
The majority of our services are carried out at our premises on Exchange Quay, but we are also able to work at the client\\\'s site in some cases, or deliver telephone coaching.
Personal coaching takes place on a one-to-one basis, at our premises or over the telephone.
