Coaching is the input we all need at some stage in life but perhaps never hear about.
Many of us have an inkling when things aren’t quite working for us and then an equal desire to make sense of this, to have a sounding board, or someone to help see us through the change. But we often make do without help, wait until there are significant problems, or things feel out of control before we get any support at all. For most, it’s even harder to ask for help when we’re struggling. Coaching is the input we all need at some stage in life but perhaps never hear about. It’s all about acting early; giving you space to focus, reflect, and walk-the-walk. It’s about taking considered and practical steps to do what is in your control and make life work for you.
Working with me as an EMCC accredited coach practitioner, you can be confident that I am qualified and able to support your needs. In addition, I have 10 years healthcare experience working therapeutically for the first 5 years and in leadership for the latter. This enables me to bring a therapeutic edge to my coaching and work at a very high level to support you with your goals.
