Fantastic Service Which Saved My Purchase. I found Our Mortgage Broker online as I was having problems with securing a mortgage due to the effects of the global pandemic. Mitesh dealt with my application and was very patient and knowledgeable. He worked through all available options with me, which were very limited as many banks had recently withdrawn a lot of the low deposit offerings. I needed a 90% mortgage and had tried to find one myself with very little result. Mitesh actually managed to secure me a mortgage with a lender that had previously told me I was not eligible. The mortgage was also at a fantastic rate. I do feel that if I had not found this company and Mitesh that my purchase may have fallen through. I would recommend Mitesh's services especially in the current financial climate as he can often source mortgages which are broker products only. Communication from Mitesh was also reliable and clear, and the whole process was very fast and professional.

I must thank 'Our Mortgage Broker' and in particular Mitesh for their help and support in arranging my holiday let mortgage for me. For me the trust was crucial as I have been misled in the past. Mitesh was very patience, willing to listen, taking note of my requirements and then securing the best deal possible for me. Mitesh kept me updated at each step of the way - which was refreshing. He gave me sound advice and then let me make up my own mind.

He guided me clearly from the end to end process with such ease, which made me trust him even more. His customer service was excellent. As most of the interaction was over the phone/email due to the COVID 19 situation his calm quiet, sensible tone was refreshing in a very topsy-turvy world. As I was having to deal with my own financial burden and work pressures Mitesh understood my concerns and made whole process a seamless one. Exceptional customer service

I wanted to say a big thank you to Mitesh. It is not often I would take time to add a positive review, in many cases, it is usually to voice a negative experience so others are aware. My initial introduction to Our Mortgage Broker was through Akhil Mair who was quite helpful in answering my queries regarding a residential mortgage. Akhil put me in contact with Mitesh around June time and all I can say is that the service I have received so far is second to none.

I have always used free mortgage brokers such as L&C where I didn't have the best experience and Mojo which was much better. I was initially hesitant in using paid services but I can honestly say it has been worth it. Larger companies tend to just process the mortgage, get their commission from the bank and start the same process with another customer. Mitesh has listened and provided advice that has helped me and shaped my decision making. It has meant I haven't rushed into certain decisions and have tried to save myself money. The situation was made more complex as this is a second residential purchase. The purchase for this property has been delayed by several months however Mitesh has been very patient with it and I am not sure every other mortgage broker would have been this understanding. I know for a fact a lot would have just said you are wasting our time and this is the second time we have offered you a mortgage agreement in principle.

The thing that people don't realise is that for every customer you keep, you gain another 10 and for every customer you lose, another 10 or more will know about the bad service you have provided. These numbers are just based on my own personal experience and can obviously vary for high net worth individuals and those with an online presence. I am still waiting until October to start the mortgage application process as the property I made an offer on was accepted however there are delays in the chain as she is looking for a new build. This has given me more time to explore other areas of the financial services offered by Our Mortgage Broker. It has also meant that if the offer does not go through, I am in a position to offer on another property knowing a mortgage in principle is completed within hours. I have thoroughly researched and have been happy with the recommendation for Life Insurance for myself, my mother and sister. So, what started with an initial inquiry has led to three product purchases, 4/5 mortgages in the next year and 3 - 5 friends recommended to the business.

I wanted to thank Our Mortgage Broker and thank Mitesh for his patience especially with the difficulty of getting my mother’s insurance when other companies made a big deal out of the language barrier.

Mitesh took on a very complex case as my situation is the furthest things from straight forward as a first time buyer. He has been patient through every step of the way and has always been available when I’ve had questions about the various options he’s come up with along the way. Despite all, he has still been able to get me a mortgage offer.

Mitesh was a superstar, I've heard of horror stories where Brokers go missing, delays processes. Not our Mortgage Broker, they are in my opinion Best in the game. Full communication, clear in what I needed to provide. I have already recommended to 3 people I know.
