Due to company changes we have had to migrate away from o2.
During the last 7-10 days in particular I have been working with Kevin to ensure this has gone as smoothly as possible. I have to say that Kevin has been first class with this - extremely helpful in assisting the changeover, making sure that I understood what was required for the migration, ensuring that colleagues involved in other departments at o2 did things in a timely manner and was there checking all was ok even whilst he was away on holiday !

Over the years Kevin has looked after us well. It’s true that not everything goes perfectly ,but he is always there to protect our best interest and make sure things are quickly fixed or made good and to help us navigate the complexities of O2.
