My first solo parent trip abroad with my 3 teenagers was always going to mean spending days on the Internet! Until I found Kathy and handed over the reins (and stress!) Within a couple of days we were excitedly looking forward to our booked city break and having some adventures together. We had a full itinerary and the reassurance that Kathy was at hand if any issues cropped up. Kathy dropped is a quick message at important stages of our trip to check all was going well and we had the most fabulous trip.

Perfect Paris trip: arranged by Kathy Emsden

Would highly recommend Kathy Emsden at NJT for holiday bookings.

We have recently returned from a family city break in Paris and Kathy did all the work of finding the right hotel and organising flights, airport transfers etc letting us sit back and just enjoy the trip.

After a phone call to discuss what we wanted from a holiday and the accommodation, Kathy suggested either Paris or Barcelona. Having settled on Paris she found us a great hotel in a quiet street but with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. It was close to a number of metro stations so getting to all the key attractions was quick and easy.

Kathy also provided us with links to useful information such as metro maps, suggested itineraries and can help book ahead for visiting specific attractions. It made the whole experience much more enjoyable knowing that she had thought of everything we might need to know!

She kept in contact with us in the lead up to departure and was available to contact had we needed to while we were away.

We will definitely be calling Kathy when we are ready for our next holiday!

Kathy Emsden completely nailed a brief leaving us nothing to do other than enjoy our holiday

We needed a holiday and had no time to consider, explore, research or even think about where to go, let alone plan and book.

We challenged Kathy with a brief of exact dates to travel, desired climate, airport, flight duration, beach to swim, safe places to run, cycle, water-sports, choice of eateries and a very long list of things we don’t like and to avoid, not knowing at all where we wanted to travel to and asked to present a maximum of 5 options.

All options completely fitted brief in every aspect and offered us transparency to easily choose one. That is precisely all we had to do. Kathy organised absolutely everything, leaving us to simply pack and go with complete peace of mind, everything was done. Honestly, we didn’t have to give it another thought, just switch off and enjoy!

Every part of our journey from the moment we reached out to Kathy was fabulously friendly, incredibly easy, exceptionally thoughtful and thorough.

It took no time from us at all. Kathy’s knowledge, advice and service far exceeded all expectations.
