I have been using Cristal clear over a year now and standard of work is excellent. Furthermore the proofreaders always meet the deadline even at shorter notice. Also they always respond to email quickly and if there any misunderstanding phone call is normally made. The staff in the company were very nice and helpful, although the prices in my opinion were a bit high for a student's budget, but at the same time it is cheaper than many companies which I have found on the internet.
