Where has this been in my life? I didn’t even know that escape rooms were a thing and so when my friends suggested going I was a bit dismissive. So glad I let them change my mind. Had an absolutely brilliant time! Sam (our game master) was fabulous, really friendly. The puzzles were just tricky enough to get me panicked into thinking we wouldn’t finish in time (turns out in quite competitive!).

As a newbie to this, I came out raving about it! “Why don’t they make you do this for job interviews?”, “This would be a great thing to do on a date!”, “brilliant for team building at work”. You really get to see the characters of the people in your team and get to have a real laugh together.

The venue is great, clean, professional, well maintained. With it being it the city center This made it easy to make it into a girls’ day out as we followed our game with a meal and some shopping.

Love it, love it, love it, came home and told my husband that we have to go together!

Will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed the finest hour game at escape hunt. Our games master Noel was brilliant, very energetic and got us into the spirit of the story. Looking forward to returning for the next room soon!
It would be fun as a group or as a team building exercise because the teamwork is essential!

Had the best time at Escape Hunt last week with the office! I'm new to the team so was great to do something so fun with colleagues to get to know them! I've been to a few types of Escape style rooms in Manchester and Huddersfield and although I enjoyed those, the games here are in another league. The puzzles were so clever and we really felt a great sense of achievement when we escaped! There are two rooms of each game so we had two teams doing the same room at the same time competing against each other which made the urgency to break free even more exciting!

Can't wait to go again and try a different room!

I went for a team building exercise, we did the Last Samurai. It was so much fun. We managed to get out with about 10 minutes to spare.

I think if there is a group of you then it makes it more interesting. It makes it even more competitive if there are two groups. The group i was in we could hear our opponents through the wall shouting we did it. Which made us work even faster. In the end we won :)

I booked Escape Hunt as an offsite team building event for a team of 30 people that rarely get to meet with each other in person. It was a bit of a risk as I had not taken part in anything like this before, but Trip Advisor reviews were really good so thought I would go ahead and book. However, I need not have worried as from start to finish the experience was excellent and everyone had a fantastic time. I'm still getting positive feedback 3 days later!

Booking and staff all really good, and the games themselves well thought out and thoroughly enjoyable. Good that they change the games every once and a while to keep things fresh - we might be back next year!

Never normally write a review but this place deserves one.
Dan the manager was welcoming and friendly when we arrived, we were a group of 6 ( 3 couples)we got a drink in the minibar first then he went through all the rules etc.
On entering the room I couldn't believe how much thought and effort went into it, these are different than any other type of escape rooms I have visited and 100% the best.
Thank you for a wonderful experience!
