I was really impressed with Mike and his communications, we had made a plan to speak late on Friday, I had forgotten about this, but he hadn’t and phone me while I was on route back to Salisbury.

He was very helpful and reassuring on the evidence that I had been able to collect in preparation for applying for an HMO sui generis.

Planning Enforcement Notice - Sorted I had a planning enforcement notice served on me by the Council informing me I had 3 months to vacate my home because it was in the Greenbelt and I did not have planning permission to live there. I contacted MPD and they listened to my problem and appealed the enforcement notice. They put toward a strong case of why we should be allowed to remain and we won the appeal.
