These are the first three words I would choose to describe the service from Hands Associates/ Shoot Business (delete where appropriate).

My organisation provides a vital service to Schools and Local Authorities, in helping to reduce the amount of Children that go missing from education. Which makes it a complex service to describe in a 60 second video. When I presented Hands Associates/ Shoot business with a few rough ideas, they took time to listen, asked a few questions and said they would get back to me within a week.

I thought this was a very ambitious time scale given the complex nature of my message, so you can imagine my surprise when I was contacted a few days later with a video concept and story board that I was delighted with.

The video shoot was well organised, professional and straight forward. The team had really listened to my ideas, so by the time it came to putting them on camera, everybody was on the same page.

It was around 10 days by the time I received the final edit (I had seen the first and second drafts within a week). As for the final product, we'll see for yourself...
