Jay and his team have been brilliant, they managed to create an upstairs bathroom in our Victorian terrace. Which was a difficulty as we didn’t have a manhole or drain so Jay completed all of the ground work and installation of the drains, which was all successfully signed off by the building inspector.
Jay also opened up our kitchen and dining room into one large space using a steel, removed a chimney breast and installed 2 steels to hold the old chimney. Building regs signed off all of his work and Jay made himself available to answer any questions that arose.
He also boarded ceilings and plastered 3 rooms to a high standard for us.
We’ll be using Jay for more work on the house soon.
Worth adding that the prices Jay was offering were very competitive and came true to the quote.
Jay was both approachable and reliable. He is professional in his work and is knowledgeable in building control regulations. He handled all inspections without any hitch. Any issues identified were quickly resolved. The whole build from start to finish was made easy thanks to jay and contemporary renovations.
