Coaching has had a big impact on my career for the better. I went from being unconfident, in a lower role thinking that was all I could manage, but Bradley supported me and made me realise I can do more. I have then since been promoted to a Manager position and I finally feel I'm making changes for the better and progressing down the path I want to go down.
As for the impact on my life, Brad helped me with many factors, one being financial balance and savings. This is something I struggled with a lot and really wanted help with. Coaching with Brad really helped me, Brad gave me knowledge on how to balance out money, what we should be spending and saving, and since then I have used Brad's method and have really seen the difference.
Another issue I had was confidence, and I struggled with the way other people saw me. Brad helped me with my confidence and shown me that it shouldn't matter what other people think, He really helped me to see that taking my own path, and doing what is best for me is not something I should be ashamed of and can have opposite results than what I initially expected.
