Anita is the PM on the JML project since Aug last year. I find Anita's project management style is excellent. For example, she setup a Teams site for the project straight away and provided weekly updates an action points. I prefer Project comms in Teams over emails. She is organised and always has a structure to her meetings focussing on key points/milestones. She has led very interactive workshops e.g. recently mapping out the dataflows for HR, Tech Admin and FST which is a very worthwhile exercise. She is very conscientious and will chase you for updates and keep me on track which I don't mind at all e.g. Job description, HR advertisement, staff salary for redundancies for the budget. I look forward to the outcome deliverables of the JML project and also would love to work with Anita on future projects if the opportunity was presented

I find Anita really refreshing to work with - she is responsive and proactive.
She is highly organised as you would expect from a project manager. What she brings forward above and beyond other project managers is that she takes the time to fully understand the projects she is working on so is managing much more than just a project plan. She also takes ownership for her own deliverables.
Anita has started to bring some rigour to the HR Improvement programme and following up on deadlines and actions which I'm confident will support the delivery of the project.
