Whilst Jim is not sector specific and does not hold an IT background, given his broad business experience, he was able to bring to the surface the gaps in our own business process.
Whilst we were delivering to our clients the service that helped them grow, we were not applying the same culture internally. Fundamentally we could not answer questions such as, who is your most profitable client, how is pipeline measured, what is the lag between a sales lead and the harvesting response plus a whole host of other areas.
