I’d like to take a moment to thank Kevin ,

Over the years Kevin has looked after us well. It’s true that not everything goes perfectly ,but he is always there to protect our best interest and make sure things are quickly fixed or made good and to help us navigate the complexities of O2.

I think it’s fair to say I can rely on Kevin to do the best for me acting as a customer champion.

It’s worth mentioning that others have also had their shining moments for us, but it is notably Kevin lately who has stood out on most occasions.

I've had many O2 account managers (and many with other telcos) and I think Kevin should be recognised as a shining light in an other wise difficult company to deal with .

Keep training them this way and the share price will only go up.
