I  am a very experienced and successful senior executive with over 35 years proven track record   of creating, and delivering, effective, meaningful and sustainable change across a wide range of industries and functions. The well balanced mix of strategic, commercial, financial , operational experience has been gained in a career working primarily for, or with, FTSE top 100 companies with a particular emphasis on total organisational change and efficiency which has been delivered to SMEs and sole traders.

 As a mentor for the Engineering Development Trust  I have supported a large number of students and employers in a variety of industries.
