•  Added £180m value to major PLC through a series of linked supply chain initiatives following intense proving and risk analysis exercise

• Delivered a £10m contract, in new market sector, for distribution company to help secure its future following change of ownership of parent company

Results Focused Operator

• Managed 6 depot network for manufacturer/wholesaler through period of change including a move to stockless depots and depot closures
• Created and managed “test bed” central distribution operation for grocery retailer ahead of full centralisation programme
• Gained approval for and then managed and delivered a 5 year change programme including IT systems, store management, supply/merchandising and forecasting and delivery rescheduling on time, on budget and ahead of benefit for major retailer
• Managed decentralisation of transport operation into 3 separate companies for industrial manufacturer including recruitment and training of new senior staff
