Simon Whitaker is a skilled business professional with experience of working for both public and private sector clients. He has been involved in transformational projects in the NHS, including commissioning support projects within NHS London and the South East Coast, project management in Yorkshire and the Humber and business modelling and budget planning within commissioning in the North West. Simon’s overall expertise aids clients in managing organisational change effectively.

Among Simon’s key strengths are an excellent understanding of business processes and an ability to overcome steep learning curves to deliver projects on time in fast-paced environments. He is also experienced in internal quality assurance, budget and staff resource management and bid management, tendering and procurement processes. As well as an Honours degree in Business Studies from the University of Manchester, Simon holds a CMI Level 3 Certificate in Management and is on his way to achieving an NLP Practitioner/Trainer qualification.

Simon works as a Business Development Manager in our Manchester office. He has experience of both public and private sector project management processes, having worked across both sectors. As well as an Honours degree in Business Studies from the University of Manchester, Simon holds a CMI Level 3 Certificate in Management.

Simon’s role involves coordinating with managers of varying disciplines across different group companies on a diverse range of projects, along with involvement/engagement with contractors and relevant stakeholders.
