Simon Whitaker is a skilled business professional with experience of working for both public and private sector clients. He has been involved in transformational projects in the NHS, including commissioning support projects within NHS London and the South East Coast, project management in Yorkshire and the Humber and business modelling and budget planning within commissioning in the North West. Simon’s overall expertise aids clients in managing organisational change effectively.

Among Simon’s key strengths are an excellent understanding of business processes and an ability to overcome steep learning curves to deliver projects on time in fast-paced environments. He is also experienced in internal quality assurance, budget and staff resource management and bid management, tendering and procurement processes.
