2013 - Current1. Providing tailored workshops to disabled individuals and those with long term health conditions as well as 1-2-1 sessions focusing on:
· Disclosure, including disclosing health conditions in interviews and focusing on positive transferable skills attained in the management of these conditions/disabilities.
· Interview techniques (planning, preparation and presentation)
· CV writing
· Raise awareness of legislation such as the Employment Act, Health and Safety at work and the reasonable adjustment duties of employers.

2012 - 2013· Lead practitioner on offender related matters within the CDG/Shaw Trust organisation, assisting colleagues on a service and business level.
· Managing a caseload of ex- offenders requiring additional support prior to entering into employment
· Develop action plans, assist with CV development, interview techniques and conduct regular reviews appointments.
· Provide advice guidance and support to overcome barriers to employment, making referrals to internal and external support for assistance with issues such as housing, substance misuse or mental health.
· Provide mentoring and employability sessions with 1-2-1 and group work sessions focused on issues facing ex-offenders such as disclosure.
· Identify and engage local employers using reverse marketing techniques to provide suitable employment for my customer group and other work programme customers.
