Summary
Sean has worked for over 20 years in-house at a major clearing bank, the last ten of which as head of litigation responsible for all aspects of the banking groups contentious business. Following this, he worked in the University sector for 12 years in senior roles such as the head of Law School and Dean of Faculty.
He has acted on many large scale litigation cases and has successfully taken them to trial and has extensive experience of all aspects of dispute resolution. He has a thorough knowledge of banking and finance law and regulation and holds both a Masters and PhD in law. In his spare time, Sean writes on aspects of litigation, finance law and legal practice.
