When working with you on a 1 to 1 basis, I start from where you are now. We work together to find the right solution for you and your business.
And then we work on it, together.
Training takes as long as it takes - until you are confident in your own competence. And that time varies with each individual.
My aim is always to make you independent of me.
And what about groups? Generally I work with the company Training manager (or equivalent) to design training to meet the company's requirements. After intial delivery I offer ongoing support so that the training has lasting impact. Again, I aim to make a group self-sufficient and effective.
Once a lient of mine you are never abandoned. I offer after-delivery support and consultation to ensure that your success continues.
