Roz is a high‐performing, operational, and strategic HR professional with more than 20 years’ experience in a variety of roles that have included setting-up the foundations of Human Resources for SME businesses, supporting companies of various sizes in the delivery of small to large scale HR projects, through to providing solutions in difficult and complex employee relations issues.  She provides companies of all sizes with valuable HR Consultancy services, always providing in-depth advice on best practice and employment law regulations.

 

Highly skilled at relationship‐building with clients and across organisations and teams, Roz is adept at assessing needs, generating options, and implementing solutions in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
