As a director of Think4 I have a responsibility for the strategic direction of the whole company, as well as handling the day-to-day management of operations.
The role involves managing the team — having an overview of both the sales and the support operations — as well as working on my own client relationships.
The IT industry is a fascinating one to be part of. It never stands still and, because of that, it’s imperative to stay ahead of the curve. For me, that’s the only way a business like ours can prosper and offer an effective service. We have to be able to offer the best possible solutions to our clients and that means having an understanding of their needs, what’s available to help them and what’s on the horizon.
That’s one of the reasons why I spend an awful lot of time keeping an eye on the industry, through seminars, events and blogs. The other reason is I’m a self-confessed gadget freak. I love to get my hands on the latest piece of hardware — particularly before it has been launched to he general public.
Developing Think4’s strategy involves forecasting which technologies are going to be of genuine benefit to our client base. That way we can tailor our service offer effectively.
Think4’s USP is our honesty. We know when we walk into most businesses that we can make a real difference and help make them successful. We are more than just a safe pair of hands, we’re pro-active and use our industry knowledge to help our clients get the best solutions.
Many of our clients have been with us since we started and just as their businesses have grown over that time so too have the strength of our relationships.
I’ve been in the IT industry ever since leaving college and, prior to helping found Think4 in 2006, I’d worked on the technical, purchasing and sales side of the industry. I’d guess you’d call me a real all-rounder.

Interests and Hobbies
Technology - I'm a geek at heart and like to try new products out and gain an understanding of them. Photography is also a hobby as I like to take nice thoughtful pictures and not just the standard pose and point subjects. I also have 2 adorable children that take up ever spare moment I have.
