I set up QHR Solutions in 2002, based in Blackpool but covering the whole north west, to provide a personal and bespoke HR service to SMEs, I now have a healthy portfolio of companies from a very diverse range of industries - I cover all sectors!
I can offer everything HR from a simple policy or procedure to a full HR system including Contracts of Employment, Policies, Procedures, forms etc. I also offer Health and Safety policies and procedures and Fire Manuals and instructions. I have a range of training packages available including Recruitment Procedures, Time Management, People Management and Assertiveness Training.
I aim to be available to my clients at times to suit them and offer Employment Law advice on both large and small issues including Employment Tribunal work.
I have worked in the private sector, the public sector (including central government) and have had a varied and interesting career path!
