With a degree in Psychology and a genuine interest in seeing people succeed in the workplace, Rachel is extremely skilled in helping companies to find and select the best talent, then manage that talent in the most effective way possible.

Fifteen years of working as a qualified professional within the recruitment industry and working at Director level in a multi-site operation, meant managing and developing her own teams to success. Bucking the trend of a high turnover industry, with 80% of her staff working with her for 5 years or more, means she adds significant value to our clients' businesses and loves working with companies who need to manage change or align themselves to high performance.

Rachel designs and delivers structured and tailored solutions and programmes to meet the individual needs of each client. In addition to her intuitive ability to find the right people for the right role, Rachel is great at developing your key staff throughout the spectrum of effective management and how to recruit successfully. 

A qualified trainer, LifO assessor and ILM level 7 coach, she believes that guiding individuals and teams to new learning and developing their potential is right for every business - large or small.
