With an impressive 23 years in the HR industry, Peter Waller-Flynn has made a name for himself within the sector having worked across the globe for a number of high profile public, private and third sector companies.
Having worked as an Executive Director for 12 years, Peter is familiar with sitting at the helm and has since embarked on his own business venture alongside HR professional Mary Ball. Launched in 2017, PrivilegeHR specialises in providing a comprehensive HR service for businesses in the Merseyside area and beyond, offering recruitment, training and HR advice.
Adopting a commercial and innovative appraoch to business throughout his working career, Peter's values have translated into proven success. With a focus on creating a work environment with person centred values, PrivilegeHR delivers on this same ethos.
During his career, Peter has achieved improved employee feedback through change management and development of career paths, overhaul of leadership structure and roles, and the implementation of an innovative performance management tool for both employees and senior managers. Peter's work ethic centres on the successful recruitment, motivation and retention of staff.
