Paulette is: • A member of the Association for Coaching, European Mentoring and Coaching Council, the National Council of Psychotherapists and the Coaching Circle. (As a member of the Coaching Circle she receives regular supervision and attends a minimum of 30 hours of continuing professional development workshops and seminars in the theory and practice of coaching on an annual basis. She is also bound by their Code of Ethics.) • A member of the Coaching Teams of the National Housing Federation, Housing Quality Network and SOLACE (The Society of Local Authority Chief Executives and Senior Mangers) as an Associate Coach. • An Action Learning Set Facilitator
Interests and Hobbies
Outside of family commitments, any spare time is currently dedicated to: • Working towards a Masters in Coaching, at the University of Chester • Reading • Criticising reality TV • Writing coaching articles for my dream 'how to' book. • Eating and drinking whatever I like, but exercising every other day (diets don't work).
