Summary
We are a workplace wellbeing company that have a wide range of experience as palliative care nurse specialists, diversity and equality trainers, lived experience national voices, head of patient services in hospice care, person centred planning trainers and engagement specialists.
We work alongside organisations to increase their wellbeing offer with a specialist focus on supporting staff who are also holding down caring responsibilities, struggling with pre or post bereavement issues, have a disability or life limiting illness and we also provide training and support for HR teams and line managers to help them feel more confident and rtesilient in delovering the emotional support that will be required.
