Summary
Taking 20 years experience in Palliative care and Oncology, I support organisations to strengthen their delivery of emotional support to staff when they are pre / post bereavement, dealing with a life changing diagnosis or balancing care and work. I do this by upskilling line managers to lead those conversations whilst maintaining boundaries and caring for their own emotional resilience.
In addition, training is offered to professions who have a front facing role with individuals expereince loss and grief (solicitors, teachers, undertakers, administrative staff etc) enabling them to confidently and empathetically engage with clients, customers and service users whilst maintaining their own emotional resilience.
There is also a 6 week programme available for small groups or individuals struggling to navigate their emotional trauma.
