Summary
All of my working life has involved keeping people safe. From the early days working in hospitality and security through to a career as a commended Detective keeping people safe has been my passion.
Whilst serving as a Police Officer I developed a passion for teaching and tutoring people. I started by tutoring uniform officers street policing skills and moved into tutoring Detectives in the world of serious and complex investigation. I expanded into teaching professionals from overseas and UK based professional agencies such as the NHS, HM Prisons, Children's Care Services and others through the International Police Association's Educators Group.
This year I was awarded a BLAC Award in the Outstanding Contribution to Public Service and Nationa Security. Through my company Swiftstone Group Ltd I combine my passion for public safety with my risk management knowledge. My mission is to support people, businesses and public bodies to protect from harm whilst protecting themselves from harm such as reputation damage and avoidable legal claims.

100+ Employees 2013 - 2022I have served as a uniform Police Constable on emergency response and neighbourhood policing teams. I moved on to plain clothed proactive task force dealing with cross border and high harm offenders before becoming a Detective. I am a three times commended Detective who has investigated many serious offences that include serious violence (inc murder), gang crime, drugs supply, criminal exploitation, death in the workplace and trafficking and organised crime groups.

I have combined my experience in hospitality, safeguarding, teaching and law enforcement and have formed Swiftstone Training. I specialise in helping individuals, businesses and public sector organisations to learn new skills to help them keep themselves and others whilst allowing their organisation to grow.
