How do I help people?
Primarily, I listen carefully, ask carefully selected questions and playback. In more detail I help my clients establish the root of an issue, reconnect them with past successes to improve confidence and decision making. From there we review what options are available within their control. Finally, we co create a plan maintaining great habits with appropriate levels of personal accountability.
