Summary
I am a coach with over 15 years' experience specialising in health, wellness, and divorce. Having been through the trials of divorce myself (more than once) I am now the Coach I wish I had during those challenging times. I am passionate about helping people go through the complexities of divorce both emotionally and practically. I can provide strategies and techniques to enable clients navigate the challenges of the divorce process without frustration and overwhelm so they can make the best possible decisions for themselves and their family.
I am also a weight management/weight loss coach and passionate about helping people lose the weight for the very last time. I have a proven programme that does not involve counting calories at all or focusing on red, green, amber days. I help clients tune into true hunger signals and navigate the mindset of over eating and get to the cause of why they maybe overeating. I have had tremendous success in this area and it is my mission to help as many people as possible who are stuck in the look of a diet mindset. Did you know that on average a woman will be on a diet for 17 years of their lives and lose and gain the same weight 9 times! I am here to break that.
