This qualification is based on Habia National Occupational Standards (NOS). This qualification is recognised by the UK's largest beauty therapy trade body/professional association i.e. The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and also the UK's second largest association representing beauty therapy employers; the British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (BABTAC) as being fit for purpose for preparing learners for a career as a beauty therapist
