I offer practical personal experience and bring new ideas and research, drawing from the latest thinking of behavioural psychologists, neuroscience research, wellness experts and traditional, ancient Tao and Buddhist practices
I’m currently researching bringing insights in executive business coaching as part of an MSc (p/t) in Mindfulness with the University of Aberdeen and have trained with the Mindfulness Association for 6 years. I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council www.emccouncil.org
