What can I do for you and your clients:
Wills – we help make your estate tax efficient, making use of the nil rate band, residence nil rate band and exemptions, appoint people to deal with the administration of your estate properly and in accordance with your wishes, appoint guardians to look after your children until they reach 18.
Lasting powers of attorney – appoint people you trust to look after your financial affairs if you become unable to do so and make those tough decisions about your health and welfare in the event you cannot do so yourself.
Probate – gathering in all of a deceased person’s assets, applying for the grant of probate and distributing the same in accordance with the will (if there is one).
We need to talk about death, it’s as inevitable as taxes!
