Legal Experience
Joseph qualified as a solicitor in 2009, and established ACSL Ltd Solicitors. Joseph oversees a diverse caseload including: director/partnership/shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, complex personal injury, employment law, landlord and tenant, property disputes, and both Civil/Commercial and Workplace mediation cases.
Mediation Experience
Joseph qualified as a Civil & Commercial Mediator in October 2013, and subsequently followed that by qualifying as an Employment & Workplace Mediator in March 2014. He brings unique experience having experienced the roles of litigator, advisor, and employer since establishing ACSL Ltd Solicitors. Since qualifying as a Mediator, Joseph has quickly accrued experience in a number of mediations ranging from a high value commercial dispute between a healthcare provider and a local council; property boundary disputes, a complicated workplace dispute involving theft allegations and substance addiction; and several telephone mediations for civil and property disputes.
Joseph is an accredited Member of The Society of Mediators, The Professional Mediators’ Association, and is registered with the Civil Mediation Council Ltd, as well as several independent mediation panels.
Other information
Based in Liverpool, Joseph is a keen sports fan, particularly football, boxing, golf, cycling, tennis, and squash. He also enjoys getting out into the countryside whenever possible.
