A bit about me:
I have had problems with my weight from a young age, the earliest age I can remember having issues was around 13 years old. Until finding The 1:1 Diet I always struggled to lose weight, it was a constant battle. Every weight loss plan I tried seemed so hard to stick to, I would usually start off well but the weight loss would be slow and I would end up throwing the towel in and feeling more of a failure each time!
I discovered The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan in 2015 when I needed to lose 3 stone for my Wedding. I was running out of time, I had bought a dress which was too small for me as ‘motivation’ but as the time drew nearer I started to panic that I would never get into it! I had heard about The 1:1 Diet so decided to try it, within the first week I knew I’d made the right decision, it was so easy, no planning, no preparation, just a simple plan which was straightforward. I followed the plan for 12 weeks and in that time I lost the 3 stone* – I was so happy!
I have maintained my weight loss for the last 5 years, something I have never managed to do before.
