My name is Jane Wright and I work for Creative Alliance, we are a training provider that specialise in Creative, Digital and Marketing Apprenticeships. We're seeing a growing influx of skilled individuals reaching out to us, eager to pursue apprenticeships within the creative industries.
We believe it is the way to bring in new and diverse talent and a lot of companies we work with are looking at apprenticeships as the way forward for talent development.
These companies are using apprenticeships as a way to ensure the future of their company, 10 years ago they would have focussed on graduates but now in 2024 are realising that talent is coming from much more diverse channels. These young people can bring new ideas, innovative ways of working and loyalty.
