Interests and Hobbies
Like all small business owners it can feel like you have to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
As we all know this can be detrimental to your health, keeping fit and active is of great benefit to you and your business.
So I always try to get to the gym at least twice a week to lift weights, a great workout for both men and women of all ages.
My hobbies include Archery (both Recurve & Longbow) and HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts). I also host a podcast about Archery and a video podcast about HEMA (YouTube @jamesphotographycouk ), now you know why I work 24/7.
