As a qualified and very experienced training and development professional my specialism is engagement, getting people on board to see their role in achieving your goals and to create improvements in the way they work. That’s the thread through every piece of training I deliver, from time management to motivation to risk assessment; and everything in between.
But I also work with YOU in making sure that the enthusiasm they have when they leave the training creates results in the workplace.
That is why I am a freelance TRAINER CONSULTANT. I’m not a teacher or a tutor, and I’m not an agent delivering a pre-packaged off the shelf training product. I work with you and devise the training that will get you the outcome you need.

I am particularly interested in enhancing engagement in those sectors where strong hierarchical communication processes tend to be in place, such as legal and financial services. Also very task focused environments such as engineering and manufacturing.
In creative and media organisations I'm keen to work on embedding communication channels, through processes such as supervision and appraisal as well as specific leadership and management skills training, that underpin creative activity and leave it free to flourish productively.
