I'm a degree qualified Engineer whose career and passion evolved into Property.
I worked for three FTSE 250 property companies over a 17 year period. This included both Business Development and Operational Management roles.
I starting my own property business in 2013, Ekcle Ltd. Today, Ekcle trades as Sourced4You. I offer a very bespoke service to professionals and HNW investors. I source property investment and development opportunities for those without the time or knowledge to do it for themselves. I am fully compliant including registration with HMRC in terms of compliance with the Anti Money Laundering Regualations.
This service is based on the experience gained in my corporate career and with that as a private property investor. I started with a simple Buy to Let flat in 2007, and then developed into HMO's, more B2L's and renovation projects with my wife. We are also run a small Serviced Accommodation business.
I also work closely with property owners and managers to provide an efficient route for those needing to dispose of residential or commercial properties. Unlike most agents, I charge no fees for this service. On the Residential side, I'm able to deal with distressed properties, whether in poor condition, or flood/fire damaged, or with short leases, or in negative equity. There is a solution to every problem. On the Commercial side, I specialise in Offices, Factories and Shops where there often is the opportunity to add value through development. I can also Joint Venture with land owners to add value through planning gain.
I am passionate about training, but equally about then using the new skills that I have learned. Over the years I have spent over £20k on my property education and personally implemented most of the many different property stratgies that I was taught.
